All talks and the Poster sessions will be held at the Conference hall. On the left is a picture of the outside of the Conference hall, and on the right is a map indicating the route from the JR Sapporo Station. The Conference hall is located near the Main Gate of the Sapporo campus of the Hokkaido University. (See also the map:http://www.hokudai.ac.jp/bureau/map-e/mapindx1-e.htm) You need to walk for 10 minutes from the JR Sapporo station. The address of the Conference hall is "Kita 8, West 5." With the help of xy coordinate system of the address, it is easy to find it, if you know Kita and Nishi mean North and West, respectively. (Please note Minami and Higashi corresponding to South and East.) The talks will be given in the Large Auditorium on the second floor. The posters will be mainly in the room 1 and the entrance hall on the first floor. Computer service will be available in room 3. Wireless internet access will be available at anywhere in the Conference hall.
